Application Deadlines

With the recent change to Rolling Admission, there are only 'soft' application deadlines for admission to the ETC-Global. Applications will be reviewed as they are submitted. Depending on when you apply, your application will be considered for the next ETC-Global class to begin.


Application Process

1	Download and complete the application Download the application for admission (you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed to view and print the application) or request a paper copy. Please note that it is important for you to complete all areas of the application.
2	Attach supporting materials: An official transcript from all colleges and universities you have attended A portfolio, GRE scores, or both Three letters of recommendation A statement of purpose and a resume TOEFL is required if your native language is not English. However, if you have previously studied in the US, or studied in an English speaking school, TOEFL is not required. There are 3 versions of the TOEFL test. The minimum score requirements are listed below: • Paper Based Test (PBT) - Score of 600 required • Computer Based Test (CBT) - Score of 250 required • Internet Based Test (IBT) - Score of 75 required Application Fee of $65, made out to Carnegie Mellon University

4	We do not require interviews, but in some cases the application committee will contact applicants for a telephone interview for more information after reading applications.
