Vue is a team of 6 students at Carnegie Mellon University’s Entertainment Technology Center working to create a dynamic mobile gaming application for the 21st century. For centuries, people have always loved watching spectacles and major sports events, but as times and trends change, it has become clear that millennials are more interested in participating as a viewer.
Vue is looking to explore how to use emerging technologies and innovative mechanics to make the viewing experience more engaging and fill a specific emotional need. We’re also looking to explore how to foster meaningful interaction between viewers and players.
