The student project mindful xp (Michael Lee, Daniel Lin, and Felix Park) along with ETC student Adam Lederer, music composer, created R-evolution, a Unity game made in 8 days, for the Experimental Gameplay Project's 5 Buttons Competition. The game was a up as finalists and entrants to the Stattmedia Game Competition. In the end, the game won 3rd place.
As part of the competition, last Friday the 17th their game was displayed among the other finalists in the Stattbad Art Gallery in Berlin, Germany. There, the general public as well as judges could play and vote on their favorite games.
mindful xp's stated goal is to create meaningful games, and getting displayed in an art gallery with their first game is an excellent start!
Let's all give them a warm congratulations for winning!
