Another story that is late, but still worth posting!
A team from the Fall 2011 ETC core course, Visual Story, has won a Bronze award for Internet/Online Video - Animation in the Telly Awards.

Imaginary Friend, is a highly imaginative shadow puppet piece made by team members: Weichuan "Albert" Tian, Emmanuel Eytan, Maria Tartaglia, and Sivakumar Loganathan
