ETC students Elwin Lee, Jason Hsu and Karthik Krishnamurthy teamed up and entered the User Software Interface Technology (UIST`12) Student Innovation contest in October. They created "The Cat Whisperer", a cat petting game designed for a multitouch pressure sensitive touchpad from Synaptics.

"The people and judges at the conference loved the game and we eventually won 2nd place Most Creative plus a plaque and $500!" said Elwin Lee.
