Last weekend, a group of filmmakers comprised of ETC students and Schell Games employees fought fatigue and braved the unexpected to complete a submission for the 48 hour film festival. The team drew a genre out of a hat on Friday night and had the weekend to write, shoot, edit, and score a film.
The genre was "mockumentary" - the movie was "Level One".

Finally, a TRUE inside look at the people of the video game industry and what it takes to get things done.

The Premiere Screening will be on Wednesday, August 18, 2010 at 6:30pm at the Kelly Strayhorn Theatre, 5941 Penn Ave Pittsburgh, PA 15206. Come vote for sgMovieMagic's mockumentary "Level One" to win the audience choice award!

Dylan Pausch, the oldest son of late Carnegie Mellon Professor Randy Pausch, was on Capitol Hill yesterday to gain support for pancreatic cancer research. His visit came just a few short years after his father visited the Hill to "put a human face on the disease."
