Conference Registration and Fees:

Early Bird Registration will close at 6:00PM on August 8th, 2008
Onsite registration will be available from from 9:00 until 17:00 on September 24th, 25th and 26th.

$600 US: Full payment participant
$300 US: Student Registration

Full Registration fees:
$700 US: Full payment participant
$350 US: Student Registration
[valid copy of the student identification card required]

Single Day Attendance
$400 US: Daily ticket holder

$70 US: conference proceedings hard copy book

Entitlements:
Full paying participants are entitled to the following:

Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations received prior to August 9th, 2008 will be charged 50% of the total registration fee including any extras. All cancellations received on or after August 9th, 2008 will be charged 100% of the total registration fee including any extras. Cancellations will need to be notified to the Registration Helpdesk in writing. Any refunds applicable will be issued within 30 days of receipt.

Cancellation by the Organizer

Should the event be canceled in its entirety due to circumstances beyond the organizers reasonable control, all fees collected will be refunded in full within 30 days of the expected date of the event.
