Week 14

This week we had softs on Monday. The faculty members were going to come in groups and test our game, so naturally our top priority in preparing for softs this week was QA. Week 13

This week our team took a much needed break, and had Thanksgiving! That doesn’t mean we didn’t do any work! Week 11

This week was a busy one for designers and developers alike. Week 10

Last Saturday we had the ETC Playtest. We playtested with approximately 50 students ranging from the age of nine to sixteen Solo Mode’s UI was clear and easy to navigate, even for a nine year old. Week 9

As our halves presentation was on Friday, we ended up spending most of the week preparing our presentation. We found summarizing our entire design process in the 8 semesters quite hard, and keeping under the required 15 minutes was a challenge in itself! Week 8

As planned earlier our week was mainly focused on solidifying the party mode gameplay. We discussed on the game mechanics for the party mode and run trial runs among the team to undersand the flow and structure of the game. Week 7

This week we planned to develop the Solo mode. This involved creating userflow for the app. Many of the user experience design and decisions were made to focus out from the survey feedback which we got from the high school students. This week we mainly worked with our client regarding the feedback which we got from faculties during the quarters. We also got in depth knowledge about the Tanzanian culture from our clients visit to the country for the past two weeks.
