This week the team geared towards preparing for softs opening which is on Tuesday, April 21, 2015. A completely new environment, new game map, a updated tutorial mode and also, all the animations were added in the game. We conducted a playtest on the 17th and the 18th April, 2015.

This week the team geared towards preparing for softs which is on Tuesday 21st April, 2015. Which means that there was a lot of improvement in the build then what it was there before. The team also conducted two playtests to see if the game was easy to understand and play.

The team spent most of their time, getting the balance right in the game. By tweaking different set of parameters in the game such as the cool down time between sending the minions, time in which the minion generates back, amount of time for the blocks to glow to break the bridge.

Feedback to whatever we do is really important at this stage. So, team Illusions have internal play test every week and play test with its peers every week and a half to make sure we are heading in the right direction.

Last week for team Illusions was pretty good. There were couple of things that took place.

The team was out for a long 2 weeks: 1 week for Game Developers Conference and 2 week for Spring Break. So, there was not much significant progress in those weeks. But, we are back to get things started and work our way towards the softs and finals.

So, last week Team Illusions got a lot of work done. We successfully completed the initial game prototype giving a basic idea of the core mechanic and how the game world would look like.

So, this week was pretty important for Team Illusions. We had to buckle our-self up and start working on the initial phase of the development.

This was a pretty decent week. The team had decent quarters, got useful feedback, made a couple of prototypes for different interactions and also attended an Augmented Reality Talk on 12th February.

This week was pretty interesting was Team Illusions. They had both ups and downs. The team went a little slow in its overall game design process and deciding upon a particular. But, then it picked itself up and starting working for the quarters next week.
