Introduction
The original
Jam-O-Drum system includes the table, a video projector, a sound
system and input devices in addition to computer hardware and custom
software. The table design of the table itself impacts the experience
of the Jam-O-Drum greatly. The project group had many considerations
to deal with including accessibility, table shape, and material
choice, as well as determining number of players and sound and projection
system integration.
