“Safe Spot” uses our networked IP cameras to offer an interactive crowd cam experience to Expo attendees. Similar to musical chairs, patrons will have to group together to stay on melting patches of sea ice and learn to share the space with polar bears who are also trying to reach a “safe spot.” Using image differencing and masking technologies, if a patron stands where there is ice, they will be able to see themselves onscreen, but if they stand where there is water, there images disappears with a splash!
