Seaweed Salad

Many people have asked us why our team name is Seaweed Salad. The answer to that question tends to change depending on which team member you ask and the day of the week. Our primary reason is that it brings smiles to people’s faces. More than that, it allows us a form of expression that is usually only seen in art galleries or improvisational acting classes. Everyone sees it in a slightly different way. One day it brings back memories of playing on the beach as a child. The next day it may remind someone of the amazing food they had in a rural Asian town. If it can make someone smile or stop to think, even if just for a moment, then it has served its purpose.
