Alice is an open-source educational programming environment from Carnegie Mellon University. We aim to elevate the user experience by integrating cutting-edge AI technology. We’re committed to providing users with a broader array of 3D assets, expanding creative possibilities, and simplifying the development process.
By harnessing generative AI, we aim to offer an enriched environment where users can access an extensive library of 3D assets, empowering them to bring their vision to life. This means more diverse characters, objects, and settings, enabling a richer and more immersive experience.
We want to improve Alice as a tool for educators and novice programmers, emphasizing creativity and innovation. We aim to make Alice more engaging, user-friendly, and dynamic by allowing users to create AI-generated content. Follow us on this exciting journey as we take a novel approach to programming education and open doors to increased creative exploration with Alice.
