This week we had our quarter’s presentation. This is where we get feedback on our design and process at the one fourth stage of the semester. We had many guests who visited our space and gave us valuable feedback about our project.
In preparation for our quarter’s presentation we refined some of our ideas to reflect previous week’s discussion of designing around actions that affect the game environment.
After our quarter’s presentation we compiled all the feedback from our faculty and our guests to decide our design direction. We came to a conclusion that we needed to start building prototypes that use the technology and playtest them to understand what is fun.
Next week, we will start prototyping small games. We also have a client meeting, where we will present our prototype ideas.
