Return to Our Work

Concepts

At the beginning of the semester, we were given the goals of personalization and group dynamic along with two technology avenues to pursue by our client, GL Associates – an interactive crowd cam and a Twitter feed. Utilizing documentation and experiences from the first team, we came up with eight new concepts. GL and the South Korean government really liked four of these and wanted to know if we could create all four. With less than four months and a limited amount of resources, we said we could only pursue two with a possibility of a third down the road.

The two experiences we finalized on were “Safe Spot” for crowd cam and “Sumi Twitter” as our Twitter feed. Both have the possibility of having hundreds of people participate at the same time. Take a look at the storyboards and animatics for a sneak peek at what the world will experience next summer.

Animatics

Using storyboard art, we created animatics to give us a perception for each experience in real time.
