The team had met and discussed each other’s interests and what we could get out of the project. The team decided to share each other their experience from the past and think about what roles are available to each other.
The team had their first client meeting in the middle of the week and got introduced to the team at Allegheny Network. The team was part of the patient experience department and wanted to bring forward better patient experience.
We carefully took down the clients requirements and decided to brainstorm the next day. The problem statement was hard to design and the team headed down the research phase. Each team member took up the their own way of brainstorming and decided to bring forward ideas individually.
The team had to decide on who to be the producer(s), designer, artist, and programmer.
The team quickly setup their room and brainstormed names for the project and necessary hardware requirements.
Every member took up a role and understood what the role contains and started working towards understanding the client’s problem statement.
The team discussed the project and had assigned themselves responsibilities and quickly started to research the project starting from the end of the week.
Our clients asked us to read through resources which would help us understand their requirements.
