Week 14: Applying into practical use

It is another week closer to the final, we spend the first half of the week in preparing for the visit to Wheeling Country Day School on Thursday. We are going to playtest all the UI interaction on preparation system. 

In terms of features, we numbered balloons on the promethean board which will help students in better communication. According to the Soft Opening, we have some features wished to be test in this visit.In addition, we have several questions prepared for clients which will help us better finalized our project.

Coming up with this teaser plan, we began to shoot the final teaser video. 

Teresa talking about how memory game will help students with their phoneme learning. 

To help teachers in this school really put into practical use, we help teachers to learn how to use it in classroom. It is really quick for teachers to know how to use it in classroom. Following videos are showing how Patrick and Jett was teaching, and how Theresa really apply them into usage.

One more question faculties mentioned in the Soft Opening is the validation of whether collaborative game will help students or not. We brought this questions to the test, and Theresa confirmed the team play motivated students to win. And the flipping card game take great advantages of memory, which help students have a better understanding of the position of mouth and the categories of phonemes like consonant, vowels and digraph. Following video is how Theresa explain how collaborative game benefit students with dyslexia.
