Team Gotan is a team of 5 graduate students from Carnegie Mellon University’s Entertainment Technology Center working on an exploration experience using Google’s Project Tango and the Durovis Dive headset. The Tango allows us to take the real world and create a synthetic, voxelized version of it inside Virtual Reality. This is a semester long project (Fall 2015) and we have spent 4 months working on it.
