Raised by cartoonist wolves, Angela has been co-owner of Almost Polite Caricatures for the past 23 years. Angela's character/caricature work led to artist-in-residencies at both Touchstone Center for the Arts in Farmington, PA & the Disney Institute in Orlando.
At the Art Institute of Pittsburgh for 12 years; most spent as an instructor in the Media Arts & Animation Department. Inez C. Hall Outstanding Faculty Award recipient; 2006 PAPSA Pennsylvania Outstanding Faculty of the Year Award.
Post-grad graduation has led to media punditry--with an emphasis on gender roles in gaming & animation. Angela has moderated panels at NYC's Digital Life & the Ottawa International Animation Festival.
A self-described techno peasant, Analog Angela rarely needs tech support for paper failure.
