Hello, I'm Akash. I am a second-year graduate student at the Entertainment Technology Center, Carnegie Mellon University. I am a Game Designer who loves playing and analyzing games. I also take interest in designing experiences in Virtual Reality.
I studied Computer Science during my undergraduate, which is when I picked up programming. While enjoying programming and being already in love with games, I realized what better path I could choose rather than designing my own games? So, I started developing games with my existing skill set and heavily worked on expanding it by making games. My first game was a browser game in Flash and FBML (Facebook Markup Language). Then, I picked up Unity2D and eventually Unity3D. I am currently working on a side project along with my semester project at school.
I am a thoughtful designer with interpersonal skills and I aspire to make full use of my knowledge and skills for companies looking for a game designer. Currently, I am currently looking for part-time jobs as well as full-time summer internships.
Current Project: Census2020
Role: Producer/Designer
