Healthy "Chelsie" Moeung is specialized in 3D Character Art. She is currently pursuing game art and creating interactive experiences.

She is a graduate from Drexel University where she studied Animation and Visual Effects. There, she discovered a passion for exploring new technologies, which led her to the Entertainment Technology Center.
