Hello! My name is Kevin Primm. I am currently a student at the Entertainment Technology Center at Carnegie Mellon University pursuing my master's degree. I graduated from Texas A&M with a Bachelor of Science in Visualization.
At A&M I gained a strong knowledge of computer animation with the ability to go between art and technology. The program in visualization develops both right and left brain simultaneously. One of my greatest achievements while at A&M was presenting my work at the SIGGRAPH Dailies in Vancouver during the summer of 2011.
At the Entertainment Technology Center, I am able to work in interdisciplinary teams of artists and technologists to create something I could never do on my own. I love working with teams and other people that are just as excited about a common goal as myself.
I also enjoy learning, whether it's something related to my field or not. I have a strong drive to learn and succeed. I know I will fit in well with any group with my positive personality and personable attitude. I love music and attending live concerts and could see a future in producing visuals for shows. Traveling is something else that really inspires me. Whether it was traveling with my sister or studying abroad in Germany, I have experienced much of the world which in turn has given me great perspective.
