Team Edelweiss Bio

Alex Amorati: Co-Producer/Artist

Hello! I am one of the co-producers and the artist for this project. I was drawn to it because of my background in psychology research. Since starting at CMU, I have developed an interest in location-based interactive experiences, but I have always loved games of all kinds. During my time at the ETC I hope to hone my skills in not only producing, but prop-making and experience design as well.

Abhishek Singh: Programmer/Designer

I have been captivated by video games since the age of seven. My love for games persuaded me to quit my IT job and seriously pursue my dream of creating engaging and immersive virtual experiences. At the ETC, I’m learning to expand my interests into more genres like educational and transformative games. As a programmer, I focus on gameplay and aspire to become a qualified game designer to complement my coding skills.

Bitong (Annie) Wang: Programmer

I’m a programmer, also currently a first-year graduate student of the Entertainment Technology Center (ETC) at Carnegie Mellon University. After an internship as an engine programmer at Ubisoft Shanghai, I have grown lots of interest in engine programming and wants to dig deeper into that. I’m also interested in playing! Indie games as well as AAA games are all my favorites — games that are fun to play, or games that can have deep impact.

Dasol Park: Designer/Sound Artist

Hello! My name is Dasol Park and I’m an experience&sound designer in Entertainment Technology Center. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Communication at the Grove City College. I am also a well-rounded entertainer/educator since I have experiences in hip-hop dancing, acting, MCing, music/video producing, teaching and pizza making. And I am passionate to use my experiences and learn/explore more things to design fun and meaningful experiences for other people.

Zhenyu (Reuben) Zhang: Co-Producer/Programmer

Hi, I am Reuben, the co-producer and programmer of the project. After working four years at Ubisoft as a gameplay programmer, I decided to come to Entertainment Technology Center to explore the new gaming technologies. At CMU, I grow an interest in production management and start to think about how to make a great team. Also as a programmer, I want to hone my skills on different technologies, especially VR and data mining. I am interested in games in any kind including console, PC and mobile, and looking forward to the future of VR games.
