This week we continued to narrow our focus from Quarters, both story and research wise.
-We developed several synopses dealing with our new focus on lonliness. We discussed what we liked and did not like about them, as well as what we felt was in scope. We have settled on a synopsis focusing on a character with Locked In Syndrome, and their internal life.
-We had our advisor meetings! With feedback from these and our quarters, we are focusing are research questions, and are planning on putting together a few short scenes. Several of our team members have dived into the research in VR immersion, in order to better formulate our playtest questions.
-We met with Tami and Jeff from, Bricoloage and had a great brainstorming session with them. It was very interesting to have them play through several VR Scenes and how they interacted.
-Finally we had our first meetings with Eun Young to discuss choreography. We will be visiting Black Box theater next week to see about using their space.
