Karthik (generally called KK) was inspired to build immersive experiences by visits to Disney Quest as a child, and years of playing Video Games.
Karthik is a Senior Fellow of the Melton Foundation, an organization that helps build intercultural understanding through first-hand experiences through extensive interaction with people from different cultural and academic backgrounds, as well as travel.
The ETC gave him the best of two previously separate worlds: the ability focus on his primary skill as a programmer, while providing an environment with diversity in terms of skills, ideas, and cultures.
His career goal is to explore animation programming, and the interface between AI and animations.
Karthik is currently a Software Engineer at Visual Concepts/ 2k Sports working on the NBA 2k series.
