Mk Haley has returned to her roots at Disney, joining the Disney Research Group. Mk will continue supporting the ETC as an Adjunct Faculty member after a 3-year run as Associate Executive Producer and Faculty, ETC-Global. With experience across design, digital media and experience design; research with Walt Disney Imagineering; the Disney-ABC Television group for more than 15 years, and as faculty at several university programs for the past 20, Mk has always been thrilled to merge technology and design, and education and industry in new and engaging ways, including as a contributing author to several books on the creative process published by Walt Disney Imagineering and a US patent for her team’s work on tracking user’s web site preferences. She was also the SIGGRAPH 2013 Conference Chair. While Mk is no longer based in Pittsburgh, she plans to continue mentoring ETC students to help them reach their full potential.
