2024 Student Handbook
Student handbook for the ETC class that started August 26 2024
Artificial Intelligentsia is five-person team from Carnegie Mellon’s Entertainment Technology Center (ETC) focused on developing an interactive experience that helps people explore topics discussed in the work of Pamela McCorduck. McCorduck has authored several books on the historical, cultural, and philosophical significance of artificial intelligence. Together with Pamela, we aim to create an experience that challenges misconceptions about AI and presents a more realistic vision of the future. Our goal is to lead players to realize that AI will affect our lives in many positive ways, without ignoring the possible dangers.
