The National High School Game Academy is a Carnegie Mellon Pre-College summer program that opens the door of video game development for high school students, where they would experience what it takes to create video games. Conceptual design, production methods, and team dynamics are some of the things the students are exposed to during the process. Working on toolsets and platforms, also used by graduate students, ensure that they stay current with industry standard practices.
