2024 Student Handbook
Student handbook for the ETC class that started August 26 2024
ETC student project team Palimpsest has made an application
with the Epson Moverio BT-200 augmented reality glasses that provides a glimpse
of the future showcasing augmented reality’s role in our lives. In
particular, the team made a navigation companion that not only leads the user
from point A to point B, but also has some fun interactions.
Here is a You Tube video that Epson recorded of the team, that is currently featured on their developer portal.
Since Epson’s news release about the Palimpsest project, many articles have been released including articles in The Architechnologist, Yahoo Finance, Virtual Strategy and Twice.
Congratulations to the Palimpsest team, including Wei Guo, Rex Hsieh, Shirley Park, John Shields and Mohit Taneja, with project instructors Carl Rosenhahl and Jiyoung Lee.
