2024 Student Handbook
Student handbook for the ETC class that started August 26 2024
Ames has been working in web and interaction design for almost eight years. She works primarily at Carnegie Mellon University, pushing the envelope of edutainment and playing Duran Duran for her co-workers. She is also a freelance Interaction Designer, Flash Developer, and Illustrator in Pittsburgh.
She has a design obsession with circles and teal and her favorite punctuation is the period. She gets excited about Art Deco and vector art, her favorite movie and the reason she is where she is today is Jim Henson's The Dark Crystal. She likes dim sum and coffee, but not together. She's also recently become addicted to knitting.
