Estefania (Stef) Harbuck is an ETC alumnus from the class of 2006 who returns as adjunct faculty teaching a course "Concept Development for Location-Based Entertainment" for the fall 2023 semester.
Stef is the Vice President of Production at Schell Games, where she manages and mentors producers to be successful in their role of leading teams to deliver creative experiences within realistic constraints of schedule, resources, and budget.
Stef has over 15 years of experience in the entertainment industry with a focus in theme parks, interactive media and games, bespoke platforms, and creative development. Prior to Schell Games, Stef worked for Walt Disney Imagineering for more than 12 years as a Creative Producer, developing and delivering unique experiences for worldwide theme parks, hotels, and cruise ships. Her projects have been honored with Thea Awards for Outstanding Achievement.
She holds a Master’s in Entertainment Technology from Carnegie Mellon and a BS in Computer Science / Art and Art History from Vanderbilt University, in addition to years of student theater production experience.
