2023 Student Handbook
Student handbook for the ETC class that started August 28 2023.
Marissa is studying at the ETC to learn to craft and implement digital art for a variety of media. At the University of Louisville, Marissa studied Biology and minored in Studio Art. Following graduation, she worked for two years in the Visitor Experience Department at the Kentucky Science Center. While working in the Science Center’s Visitor Experience Department, Marissa constructed cardboard exhibits for early childhood guests and presented activities on a variety of science subjects for audiences of all ages. She also developed programming curricula, organized program logistics for clients and staff, and facilitated hands-on science experiences at schools and community centers around the state. Ultimately, Marissa hopes to apply what she learns at the ETC toward developing digital resources for education.
