The Bridging Time is a team of six students from ETC, working with subject matter experts from Rivers of Steel. We’re developing a mobile AR application to transport guests back in time to the era when the bridge served as a crucial connector for the J&L Steel Mill.
The goal of this project is to use AR technology to amplify the feeling of the steel industry and activity of the past while guests walk on the bridge. We want to promote interest and discussion beyond what is achievable through traditional sign posts or blog posts.
Project Instructor: Scott Stevens, Mike Christel
Team Members: Steven Goehrig, Qiwen Lei, YingXuan Liao, Chang Liu, Shiqing Tang
