2024 Student Handbook
Student handbook for the ETC class that started August 26 2024
Lyra Studio is an animation project at Carnegie Mellon University’s Entertainment Technology Center. We will be delivering an animated short film using projection mapping technology. Utilizing the strengths of this medium, our goal is to produce an engaging narrative by blending spatial augmented reality with the use of real objects on a tabletop setting.
Alongside our production efforts, we are also developing a pre-production package for the animation project to be developed in Spring 2018. The project will be based on an Egyptian myth named “The Land of the Dead.” As part of the package, we are developing a story line, deciding on an artistic direction, and creating preliminary art assets.
Team Members: Justin Campbell, Emre Findik, Jenny Liu, Camille Ramseur, Prasanth Raviraman
