Ripieno is an animation project focusing on cultural identity through song and dance. We are currently in production on a 360° animated short that tells the story of Manny, a brand new doll who is trying to figure out his own method self-expression by learning dances from the other dolls in the workshop. Through spacial sound, motion capture, and careful cultural research, we are aiming to create an immersive and impactful narrative that explores the potential of directing story in the virtual reality space.
