Skyline presents the animated story of the Sun God Helios. Helios, wanting to prove his love to his son, lets him drive his powerful chariot, but impulsive decisions come at a price. For the first semester of our year long animation project we will come up with an animatic, a shot by shot storyboard and a technical pipeline animation test and basic 3D assets. We are taking inspiration from various animated features, animated shorts, Greek mythology, and ancient Greek pottery. Once we finalize our general storyboard, we will create a technical pipeline test and create 3D assets for use next semester. Then, we will finish the semester with a shot by shot animatic so that we can animate as quickly as possible next semester.
