For week 1
- Our team met with the client and had a kickoff meeting with them
- Decided everyone’s role in the team
- Setting up core hour and daily working flow
The most important task we had done in week 1 was the kickoff meeting. Our client introduced their vision of design and their working environment, which gave us the roughly idea of our whole project. We requested more information and prepared for the site visiting.
