Take a look at the exciting new projects that our students are currently working on.
At the ETC, our students learn through practical experience. After completing their immersion semester, students engage in applied research project courses for the remainder of their education. Each project course involves interdisciplinary student teams that work together to produce functional artifacts and playable prototypes. The program follows the Carnegie Mellon University tradition of prioritizing creating tangible, working products. An essential element of the program is teaching students to work effectively with diverse collaborators with different skills and sensibilities. Typically, a project lasts an entire semester and involves a student team, a faculty supervisor, and a client representative.
